Come and unwind and relax in the homely warm Welsh welcome at our spacious luxury farmhouse B & B, situated in beautiful countryside only 3.5 miles from the glorious Coast of North Wales and the A55 expressway. Centrally located for visiting Chester, Snowdonia National Park, Llandudno and The Isle of Anglesey, you will be able to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the rivers, lakes and mountains or visit some of the endless lists of attractions in the area…..castles, gardens, historical towns and buildings or take a stroll along one of the many coastal paths along the beaches of North Wales.

Alternatively you may wish to spend some time simply unwinding from the daily stresses of life in the peacefulness of our home with its wealth of oak beams, doors and staircase, stone inglenook fireplaces with cast iron oil stoves, large comfortable guest sitting room with 42”TV/DVD and adjoining conservatory opening out onto a large patio/lawn with seating area overlooking stunning views of the surrounding valleys.

We have a choice of 2 very comfortable centrally heated double bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a sumptuous super king size bed and ensuite bath/shower room, the other on the first floor with basin and shaver point and beautiful luxury private bathroom with cast iron claw foot bath and double shower cubicle. Both rooms have tea/coffee, TV. Hairdryer and Radio Alarm clock and a selection of magazines. Use of ironing facilities on request.

You will enjoy a leisurely AGA cooked breakfast of Welsh produce, as available, in the cosy oak beamed dining room with views of the farm’s sheep and cattle grazing lazily nearby.

There are many venues within a short drive for you to choose from for your evening meal, from the traditional village inn to Italian, Indian, Chinese, and French etc.
